The food was acceptable. I found something to eat each day.

The check-in process was slow, and the reception staff seemed uninterested. I waited nearly an hour. maintenance issues were apparent throughout my stay. My room's air conditioning was not working properly, so the room became uncomfortably warm.

i found the reception staff amazing specifically karim and helal they upgraded us to a nicer room upon arrival i enjoyed the pool and aqua park i appreciated the beach team for finding my husband's phone in the water the food options were plentiful and the food service team was helpful and cute

i noticed some promoters approached me and asked for a good review i thought this was inappropriate it made me feel uncomfortable and pressured to provide positive feedback even if it wasn't entirely genuine such behavior should be discouraged to maintain review integrity

our beautiful room included air conditioning to maintain a comfortable temperature it also had a mini-fridge stocked with complimentary water bottles there was a balcony with seating providing views of the grounds.

the hotel features multiple swimming pools including a dedicated children's pool and an aquapark with water slides i saw the main pool has a lifeguard on duty during operational hours and plenty of sun loungers around.

housekeeping provided daily cleaning services replenishing towels and toiletries i observed that the reception desk offered 24-hour assistance for guest inquiries and requests there are several staff members who speak multiple languages to assist international guests.
